fun we had indeed. grande prairie is a way happenin' place compared to high prairie (not to say we can't have fun here), but it was a welcomed change. we went to a 'liquid lounge' called the mad hatters, after a friend recommended it, and it was great. it is a great bar in general- no smoking (a relief from smelling like a chimney if you go anywhere in high prairie), good tunes, i hear the food is good, although i can't tell you first hand, great atmosphere, an elevated dance floor, and for you ladies out there, up north is just FULL of guys. so next time you need to spend a night in gp, hit up mad hatters, you won't be disappointed.

mad hatters

i know, like WHO is going to drive from edmonton to go party it up in grande prairie, but you never know. heck, we are going again in three weeks!!
